Every page on The Bronze Plaque contains a link to this page and by using  The Bronze Plaque , you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions.

All materials contained on this web site including text, images, user interface, intellectual property and graphic design are copyright © The Bronze Plaque and is protected by U. S. and international copyright laws and treaties.

Under no circumstances may any material obtained from this site be redistributed, in whole or in part, in printed or electronic form unless specifically authorized in writing from The Bronze Plaque. If so authorized, it must contain this information in its entirety.

The Bronze Plaque has obtained written permission from their suppliers for the use of scanned images from their catalogs and other publications. The original images remain the property of their original copyright holder and are not the property of The Bronze Plaque.

We may have modified and / or digitally "signed" these image scans. These modified and / or scanned images in digital format remain our copyright.  The appearance of any of these digitally "signed" images on other web sites provide de facto evidence of violation of the terms of use contained herein and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The materials presented on The Bronze Plaque are believed to be accurate on the date of publication.  We shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in this material.

Ownership title to our products remains in our name until paid in full by the purchaser.  In the event of dishonored checks or credit card charges (including customer initiated charge backs), we retain title to the products until payment has been made in full.  In the above instances of lack of total payment, we reserve the right to add collection costs including reasonable attorney fees to the amount you may owe.  N.B. - Credit card companies have very specific regulations for our processing their credit card.  In the event you initiate a credit card charge back and your credit card company finds in your favor, this does not mean you do not owe that portion of the purchase price.  We are allowed to place a lien against the product until it is paid for in full or we are shown to be in error. This is why we ask you to contact us first. (WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO APPLY THIS PARAGRAPH TO ANY PURCHASER, BUT OUR ATTORNEY SAYS IT SHOULD BE HERE ).

The information contained on this web site was believed to be mostly correct on the date of publication and may contain some errors. All of this information is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. Although we try to maintain correct information on this site, we are under no obligation whatsoever to correct known errors on this web site. If you spot an error or something that is ambiguous or just not clear, please use our Contact Us form and let us know.  We try our best to correct errors as soon as they are reported.

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or any other class of damages in connection with your use or attempted use of this web site or the products we sell.

If a product fails during the warrantly period, we will NOT pay for the removal (un mounting) of the product or shipping costs to return it to us nor reinstallation of the product.

Occasionally, images of products displayed on The Bronze Plaque display the names and / or likeness of individuals and or companies.  The use of any image or name in these images does not necessarily represent endorsement of The Bronze Plaque or The Bronze Plaque products by these individuals or entities.

Prices on our web site are believed correct on the date published. We reserve the right to change these prices without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to reject any order containing incorrect pricing or product description.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have ordered a custom product - such as a cast plaque, your card will be charged when the order is placed or when the proof is approved - depending upon the production cycle. Standard production is about 4 weeks after approval of the proof but can be over 8 weeks. This means you will most likely pay your credit card bill prior to receiving your order. If you dispute a credit card charge, please contact us FIRST so we may try to resolve this for you quickly.

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage and are shipped 'INSURED" by UPS. In spite of all these precautions, an item can be damaged in shipment. If this happens, it is your responsibility to call UPS and advise them of the damage. Do not call us first as this will delay the claim process. If you accepted the package and upon opening it, find damage, call UPS and advise them of 'concealed damage'. After this is done, please call us and advise us of the problem. We will work with UPS in expediting your claim and we will work with you in replacing your product.

In the very unlikely event of litigation, the laws of The Commonwealth of Virginia shall prevail. Any proceeding shall take place in The County of Albermarle, Virginia.

These are the extent of the terms and conditions that The Bronze Plaque agrees to. The terms and conditions contained herein take precedence over any other terms and conditions imposed by any purchaser. If a purchase order is received containing terms and conditions, said purchase order will be processed as though its attached terms and conditions never existed. This is done to save, you our customers, money. We cannot maintain our low prices and pay an attorney to read all of the 'standard' terms and conditions (that usually do not even apply to our products) received from the many large companies that purchase our products.

If any portion of this information is found unenforceable, it shall be considered stricken and the remaining information shall be interpreted as though the unenforceable information was not there.
